Coldstart’s 34 pages and ROOK’s 22 describe unreleased builds. There is no public package and no supported installation command for either one today, and nothing here carries a release date. ROOK’s status page is a dated reading of a pinned source snapshot, which is the closest thing to a release note this site has.
