Built and running
At the reviewed boundary, the contract, on-device server and warehouse, work loop, desktop dashboard, phone app, fleet model, workspace selector and on-device voice dictation are built and running. Watching and answering decision cards are built. ROOK's own work loop builds ROOK.
Dictation is input only. Audio stays on the device and does not enter the warehouse or contract. The broader conversational layer should not be inferred from the decision-card path described in this handbook.
Demonstrated, not distributed
ROOK has run on a real iPhone as a signed development build connected to a real server over a private mesh. That demonstration happened on 2 August 2026. It was not a distributed app.
There is still no installer and no signed distributable. ROOK cannot currently be handed to another person. This is the load-bearing availability fact: a component can run for its builder while the product remains unavailable to readers.
What remains deliberately unsaid
This page does not claim Windows support, public availability, release timing, pricing or a licence. It also does not turn completed internal hardening work into a production-readiness claim.
